Hi Well Green Lipped Mussel Oil Heat Cream contains New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel Oil, Glucosamine, Mud and Wintergreen leaf oil to help in relieving pain. It is also recommended as an application for bites, stings and itchy skin irritations.

Aqua, Glycerine, Glyceryl stearate, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, Cetearyl alcohol, Menthol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Camphor powder synthetic, Methyl salicylate(Natural wintergreen oil), Polysorbate 80, Stearic Acid, Dimethicone, Sorbitol, Rosmarinus officinalis Leaf (rosemary) Extract, Potassium sorbate, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Oil), Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) Oil, Kaolin, Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort) Oil, Ginger Zingiber officinalis (Ginger Oil), Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol Acetate, Acetyl glucosamine, Mussel extract
Directions

Apply a thin layer and gently massage the affected area until completely absorbed into the skin. Wash hands immediately after use. Repeat 2~3 times daily as necessary.
